Here I will explore the early stages of the project from conceptualisation to action. This post will focus on how the project started with a simple point of interest – ‘fashion and body’ – and evolved into a more complex, multi-dimensional study.
The Spark: An Interest in “Fashion and Body”
It all started as a simple interest in “fashion and body”. This topic, with its infinite possibilities and uncertainties, raises a series of questions that go from the superficial to the profound. This is the same uncertainty I present in “The Box of Uncertainties”.
Developing Questions: The Journey from Curiosity to Inquiry
As my interest in the topic continued, I began to ask specific questions to explore the subject in more depth. These questions not only expressed my understanding of the complexity of ‘fashion and body’, but also formed the basis of the early research for the project.
Early Experiments: A Leap into the Unknown
In the second phase, through a series of mini-interviews and preliminary tests, I eventually came up with the first ‘How can’ question. This question not only provided direction for the project’s subsequent development, but also marked an important transition from theory to practice.
